How Quba Academy, part of Quba Masjid & Education Centre, collects, uses and protects information about pupils and their families.
We only collect what we need to teach and look after your child. We never sell your data or share it for marketing. Only staff who need it can see it.
Quba Academy is the supplementary education department of Quba Masjid & Education Centre, Registered Charity No. 1189923, Unit C, Golden Crescent, Hayes, Middlesex UB3 1AQ. We process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We use your information to provide the education you have asked for, to meet our legal duties (including safeguarding and charity accounting), and with your consent, which you give on the registration form. Medical and additional needs information is used only to keep your child safe and support their learning.
We keep records for as long as your child attends and for as long afterwards as we need them for legal, safeguarding and financial reasons. They are then securely destroyed.
